| PRODUCT DESCRIPTION The Chubbsafes Binder Fire File is a range of certified filing cabinets that provide fire protection for up to two hours. The maximized storage capacity allows users to gain full advantage for their storage requirements. Available with 3 or 4 drawers and each drawer holds up to 40 A4 DIN 33mm binders, hence 120 and 160 binders in the three-drawer and four-drawer versions respectively. By comparison, a standard free-standing cabinet with five storage levels each of 1m in length can only hold 150 such binders. Thus, the Chubbsafes Binder Fire File cabinets are the perfect storage solution for congested offices. |

CERTIFIED RESISTANCE The Chubbsafes Binder Fire File cabinets are tested and certified according to the most common and well-established UL 72 (Underwriters Laboratories) standard, Class 350 2-hour Fire Endurance. The product is subjected to extensive fire testing which simulates the impact of a severe fire. |
CONSTRUCTION The Binder Fire File cabinets are constructed with insulation between the drawers, which means that each drawer’s contents are protected in the event of a fire if one drawer is left open. The cabinets contain high-quality steel sliders to ensure comfortable operation and full drawer access. The cabinets are low in weight for reduced transportation and installation costs and lighter floor loads. |
